Physics | World Taekwondo Master | Certified Project Manager Mr. Imo Joseph Okon is a multi-talented entrepreneur, martial arts master, and social development advocate with a passion for transforming dreams into realities. With a background in Physics from the University of Uyo and professional certifications in Project Management and World Taekwondo Mastery, he brings a rare blend of discipline, strategic thinking, and human-centered leadership. As CEO of Grovad Company, Mr. Imo Joseph has built a diversified enterprise that spans real estate, agriculture, technology, oil and gas, finance, sports, and events. He is also the Founder of Grovad Sports Foundation, where he leads impactful programs in Taekwondo training, youth empowerment, and security education. Beyond business, he is a community builder—leading initiatives like the Channel for Care and Progress of Women and Youths (CAPWAY) and the PEOPLE Initiative, which are designed to empower underserved populations across Nigeria. Our History GROVAD COMPANY was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to Grow Valuable Dreams and make them realities that uplift individuals and communities. Founded by Mr. Imo Joseph Okon, a visionary with a deep passion for human capital development, the company began its journey as a grassroots initiative focused on sports and youth empowerment through the Grovad Sports Foundation. What started as a martial arts training center has evolved into a multi-sector conglomerate spanning Real Estate, Agriculture, Technology, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Event Management. Each department was developed strategically to meet specific societal needs, create employment opportunities, and bridge the gap between potential and success. From humble beginnings in community halls and training centers, GROVAD now manages nationwide projects, high-impact events, and innovative ventures that touch thousands of lives across Nigeria.
